Director of Finance – Onsite, Herzliya

Cliganic, a fast-growing US-based wellness brand with global omni-channel distribution, is seeking a Director of Finance with Hands on ability to lead and execute our financial operations from our Herzliya office. This is a senior, high-impact role with direct responsibility over all financial aspects of the business — from strategic planning to day-to-day execution.

About Us:

We operate across multiple channels, including:

  • 8 Amazon marketplaces (US, EU, Canada)
  • Marketplaces like , , T-mall, TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
  • Shopify DTC store
  • Global distributors and direct relationships with major retailers (e.g., Walmart)
  • We also own a manufacturing facility and utilize 3PL warehouses in the US and UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash management
  • Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close and reconciliations
  • Own product costing and inventory accounting across production and fulfillment
  • Manage financial operations across complex global sales channels
  • Ensure compliance with:
  • US GAAP accounting standards
  • US corporate tax regulations
  • Sales tax and VAT across multiple jurisdictions
  • Optimize ERP systems and financial workflows (ERP experience required, NetSuite a plus)
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency
  • Provide hands-on support across finance functions as needed

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in senior finance roles, preferably in CPG or eCommerce
  • Strong ERP systems expertise and understanding (NetSuite a plus)
  • Deep knowledge of US GAAP, US taxation, and global indirect taxes (VAT, sales tax)
  • Experience with cost accounting, manufacturing, and multi-channel operations
  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on
  • Fluent/native English – written and spoken
  • Must be onsite in Herzliya
