IT Manager

We are seeking an
Information Technology Manager
to lead our comprehensive IT operations. This pivotal role involves managing our entire information systems and technology infrastructure, overseeing IT budgets, leading critical process optimization and integration projects, and ensuring top-tier security and compliance. If you are passionate about mentoring a small team, managing key suppliers, and delivering the secure, reliable IT services essential for business continuity and growth, this will be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Do

• Develop and manage annual IT work plans and budgets, by ensuring cost-effective technology solution for the organization.
• Improve cross-organizational interfaces and workflows.
• Lead IT projects from requirements identification to implementation.
• Plan and execute software upgrades and system maintenance.
• Provide user support for various systems and infrastructure.
• Negotiate and maintain vendor relationships to optimize service delivery.
• Manage a team of an IT professional and external IT support service.

Requirements:

What We're Looking?

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering (Information Systems), Computer Science, or similar relevant degree.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in IT roles in industrial organizations. Knowledge of medical industry compliance and IT security standards is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in managing IT function in industrial organizations.
• Priority ERP experience – advantage.
• Proven ability in requirements identification, process analysis, and implementation.
• Strong systemic vision and ability to manage complex interfaces.
• Excellent teamwork, task orientation, and high service awareness.
• Experience in managing external IT service – an advantage.
• High-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
