Job Description

Join the DevEx (Developer Experience) group, which provides a wide suite of developer tools to 2000 engineers across Wix. Help us revolutionize Wix's production environment with a platform that ensures safe, reliable, and controlled changes.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and shape the future of Wix's safe infrastructure changes

  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on business value and technical feasibility

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery and timely releases

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of leading technical products from inception to launch

     
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering principles

     
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)

     
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements

     
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams such as engineering, operations, and security

     
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making

     
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to technical and non-technical audiences

     
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools 

     
  • Passion for technology and developer experience. 

     
  • Deep understanding of devOps challenges and a commitment to building solutions that address them

We have a suite of developer productivity tools that serve our 2,000 engineers.
