As the Director, Platform Product Management, you will lead three interconnected horizontal pillars that power the entire Augury platform ecosystem. These pillars enable every Augury product to scale efficiently, deliver consistent value, and support a rapidly growing partner ecosystem.

In this role, you will drive measurable business outcomes by shaping the foundational systems that drive Augury's current and future products, impacting everything from how customers onboard, to how data flows across our services, to how experiences and insights are contextualized.

You will also serve as the senior product leader in Israel reporting to the CPTO, anchoring business strategy to PR&D execution and ensuring the IL R&D hub is aligned, empowered, and connected to Augury's broader goals. This is a rare opportunity to own the architecture, workflows, and data structures that form the backbone of Augury, and to lead at a level where your work multiplies impact across every product team.

A Day In Your Life
Product Leadership

  • Serve as the senior Product leader in Israel and a member of PR&D Leadership. Provide strategic context, connect day-to-day execution to business goals, and support IL product and engineering teams.
  • Lead optimization and scaling initiatives across Delivery, Platform, and Digital Twin, ensuring products, workflows, and data systems operate efficiently at scale.Work closely within product squads, owning end-to-end strategy through execution, defining vision, setting priorities, and ensuring delivery of business outcomes.
  • Drive clarity, focus, and alignment across Engineering, Delivery, GTM, and other product pillars.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and navigate trade-offs across competing priorities.
  • Define and measure KPIs for Delivery, Platform, and Digital Twin.

Delivery Pillar

  • Own the customer-facing delivery experience (e.g., self-install, onboarding flows, configuration validation).
  • Upgrade and scale self-install deployment capabilities to ensure predictable, efficient, and high-quality customer onboarding.
  • Define platform capabilities that enable scalable, predictable, and partner-enabled delivery.
  • Partner closely with the VP Delivery to translate delivery strategy and business goals into product and technical requirements.
  • Ensure delivery improvements directly impact business outcomes, including revenue recognition, deployment speed, and customer satisfaction.

Platform Pillar

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for Augury's core platform, including shared services, APIs, application frameworks, and Data Platform capabilities.
  • Define and integrate GenAI capabilities across the product portfolio, enabling smarter insights, automation, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Build and evolve the platform to enable Augury's entire product portfolio, turning raw data into actionable, unique insights that drive customer value and business impact.
  • Drive platform evolution for scale, reliability, developer efficiency, and measurable business outcomes in partnership with Engineering, Architecture, and Product leaders.
  • Define success metrics that link platform improvements to time-to-market, partner enablement, and product expansion opportunities.

Digital Twin

  • Own the strategy, evolution, and governance of Augury's Digital Twin.
  • Ensure accurate, consistent representations of assets, configurations, and contextual data.
  • Connect Delivery workflows with Platform services to enable high-quality onboarding, structured data flows, and contextualized insights across products.

What You Bring

  • 8–10+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or data-intensive environments.
  • Experience with multidisciplinary products spanning hardware, software, data, and services.
  • 2+ years leading PMs or managing product teams.
  • Proven success building or scaling platform products, APIs, shared services, or core data models.
  • A track record of driving alignment across engineering, delivery/operations, and GTM.
  • Excellent communication, influence, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong systems thinking, analytical rigor, and the ability to simplify complexity.
  • Ability to travel at least once per quarter.
  • Based in Israel, with ability to be onsite in Haifa 2–3 days/week.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in IoT, industrial tech, connected hardware, or AI/ML environments.
  • Experience building or working with Digital Twins or shared data models.
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments or partner ecosystems.
