About The Role
Join us as a Client Services Maestro, where your expertise will shine in driving exceptional client experiences alongside our creative teams You'll cultivate robust relationships, enhance account growth, and ensure our clients are thrilled with our deliverables. If you're passionate about client service and have a knack for strategic thinking, this is the perfect opportunity to elevate your career
You're Good At
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to meet expectations and drive account performance.
- Managing tasks and adhering to client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Leading client meetings and facilitating clear communication within project teams.
- Navigating industry trends and effectively communicating insights to clients.
- Keeping detailed client profiles and tracking sales activities to ensure data accuracy.
You Might Also Have
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience in Meetings & Events or Production & Content.
- At least five years of experience in account management or sales support.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Account Manager, Production & Content
is between $75,000 - $110,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
