About the Role
As Chief of Staff to the COO, you will play a critical role in driving execution, alignment, and operational excellence across AudioCodes' Global Services organization. You will serve as a trusted partner and force multiplier to the COO, enabling effective follow-up on strategic initiatives, coordination across regional teams, and seamless communication throughout the organization.
You will act as the operational backbone of the Services function, connecting the dots between strategic priorities and day-to-day execution across Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Execution and Program Leadership
- Drive execution of strategic and cross-functional initiatives across the global Services organization
- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure accountability across multiple projects and workstreams
- Operate as an internal program management office (PMO) for high-impact programs such as AI adoption, customer experience improvements, and service transformations
Operational Rhythm
- Define and manage the operating cadence, including QBRs, weekly reviews, dashboards, KPI tracking, and planning cycles
- Prepare materials, data, and insights for leadership reviews and executive meetings
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure on action items across teams and regions
Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as a central point of contact across Support, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams
- Anticipate dependencies and align internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
- Support global Services leaders in setting and maintaining clear priorities and resolving blockers
Strategic Support
- Partner with the COO on planning, organizational design, and operational improvements
- Provide data-driven insights, analysis,and structure around key decisions
- Lead or support special projects that are critical to company strategy and require cross-functional execution
Required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, or a similar chief-of-staff type role in technology or enterprise companies
- Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives in a global organization
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Executive presence and the ability to interact confidently and clearly with senior leadership
- High level of independence, ownership, and follow-through
- Fluent in English
Preferred
- Experience in a B2B enterprise environment such as telecommunications, SaaS, or managed services
- Familiarity with post-sales functions, including support, service delivery, or customer success
- Background in consulting, strategic operations, or large-scale program management
