We're looking for an experienced and highly analytical Senior PPC Manager to join our search team. In this role you will manage a $1M+ monthly budget and have full ownership of the paid search activity of one of the top brands in the industry.

You'll be responsible for full-funnel campaign strategy and execution, optimizing and unlocking new growth opportunities through search. You'll work with advanced tools and technologies in a high-performance environment where your work directly influences business results.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of large-scale Google Ads, Bing and App campaigns
  • Own day-to-day management of high-budget accounts, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies across keywords, ad copy, bidding and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data daily, identifying trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce clear, actionable weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and platform updates to maintain performance leadership

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience managing high-scale B2C PPC search campaigns.
  • Proven experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Demonstrated success managing 6–7 figure monthly budgets.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data, extract actionable insights, and drive data-informed optimization.
  • Deep understanding of conversion optimization strategies, bidding models, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Experience in the online gaming or sports betting industries is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English; Portuguese, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • High project-management skills with strong self-executing abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Passion for Football and other Sports - advantage
