Algorithm Engineers
to join cutting-edge, mission-driven R&D teams. This is a unique opportunity to take part in the
research and development of algorithms
for
Real-Time Systems, Embedded Systems, and multidisciplinary defense technologies

You will work on projects that combine
technology, innovation, and impact
, applying expertise in
Signal Processing, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Fusion, Control Systems, Navigation & Guidance, Optimization, and Wireless Communication Networks
.

What You'll Do

  • Research, design, and develop advanced
    algorithm development
    solutions in domains such as
    Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Computer Vision, Estimation & Tracking, and Autonomous Systems
  • Build
    simulation and modeling
    environments to test and validate algorithms for
    real-time embedded systems
  • Implement algorithms in
    C++ / C / Python / Matlab / Simulink
    , ensuring efficient
    object-oriented programming (OOP/OOD)
    and
    cross-platform development (Windows/Linux)
  • Develop and optimize solutions for
    multi-sensor fusion, target tracking, parameter estimation, classification, and system optimization
  • Apply modern
    Machine Learning / Deep Learning
    methods alongside classical algorithms to solve complex problems
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (hardware, systems, and software engineers) to deliver
    mission-critical defense technology
  • Contribute to areas such as
    wireless communication algorithms, distributed networks, and autonomous guidance systems

What We're Looking For

  • BSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields – must
  • MSc/PhD in relevant domains such as
    Signal Processing, Control, AI, Robotics, or Applied Mathematics
    – advantage
  • 3+ years of experience
    in
    algorithm development
    with hands-on expertise in at least one of the following:
    signal processing, computer vision, control systems, navigation, estimation & tracking, machine learning, or data fusion
  • Strong programming skills in
    C++ development, Python programming, Matlab/Simulink
    , with experience in
    real-time or embedded systems
    – advantage
  • Background in
    optimization, simulation & modeling, control theory, or wireless communication protocols
    – advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a passion for innovation in
    multidisciplinary systems engineering
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to contribute to large-scale,
    mission-driven defense projects
