We are looking for a
Development Project Manager for Experimental Systems
to join our Missile & Space Systems Division at IAI

The position includes:

  • Manage the development process (hardware and software) of avionics modules
  • Manage the development process of RF avionics chain components, including antennas, from requirements definition through integration—according to company procedures
  • Responsible for adapting avionics modules to the system design
  • Responsible for testing processes (verification and validation) against the avionics modules' requirements
  • Support integration processes at system sites and development laboratories from an avionics perspective
  • Initiate and manage procurement processes for avionics modules under your responsibility, aligned with project needs
  • Manage subcontractors—engineering teams, manufacturers, and external laboratories within your scope
  • Lead and manage matrix teams within the company
  • Build and maintain work plans and monitor deliverables (milestones) in coordination with engineering teams
  • Administrative responsibility for technical surveys and customer forums
  • Prepare status reports for management and clients

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering – mandatory
  • At least 5 years of experience leading development processes for electronic products and system engineering, with emphasis on RF systems and antennas – mandatory
  • Experience in project management or matrix management – mandatory
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering – an advantage
