proven Sales Leader

About the Role

As VP Sales, you will lead a team of ~20 sales representatives, driving excellence and measurable results across both offline and online sales operations. You'll work in a dynamic, data-driven environment, managing advanced CRM and AI-based systems, and ensuring continuous optimization of sales processes and KPIs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and grow a team of 15–20 sales reps with a strong focus on performance
  • Drive KPIs including conversion rates, acquisition costs, speed-to-lead, and overall revenue growth
  • Build a culture of excellence through structured training, role plays, live call monitoring, and feedback
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new team members while developing clear sales standards and scripts
  • Implement data-driven insights, dashboards, and A/B testing to continuously optimize processes
  • Develop incentive plans, gamification programs, and smart growth initiatives


Requirements

3–5 years proven experience in sales management (B2C), leading at least 15 reps in a mid-size or larger company

Strong command of the end-to-end sales process, including advanced measurement systems

Highly analytical mindset with strong Excel skills – a must

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Industrial Engineering/Management

Experience in creating, optimizing, and embedding sales scripts and objection-handling processes

Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English

Availability for
on-site work in Herzliya


Compensation
: Highly competitive base + aggressive performance-based bonuses (no ceiling)
