We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Bookkeeper
to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for supporting financial record-keeping, reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in bookkeeping for a fast-paced company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate general ledger records and prepare financial reports as needed.
  • Process vendor invoices, manage payments, and reconcile accounts payable.
  • Handle customer invoicing, monitor receivables, and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations and support cash flow management.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Support VAT reporting, tax filings, and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
  • Provide support on various ad-hoc financial and administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Certified Bookkeeper, Type 2/3.
  • At least 4 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in the Hi-Tech industry.
  • Experience working with NetSuite – an advantage.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with financial software tools is an advantage (e.g., Expensify, Dokka, virtual credit cards, etc.).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
