Marketing Manager
— someone creative, strategic, and hands-on who's ready to take our marketing to the next level.

At Peech, we're redefining how companies use
video
to achieve their business goals — helping global and local brands turn their existing video assets into ongoing revenue. Our marketing platform is shaping the future of how organizations connect with audiences through video.

This role is a key part of our mission and brand — both inside and outside the company.

While there's a managerial aspect to the job, it's first and foremost a
hands-on marketing role
, building the foundation before growing into a larger marketing team.

What you'll do:

  • Own and grow Peech's digital presence — social media, website, and all digital channels.
  • Build and execute smart marketing plans and budgets alongside senior leadership.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Analyze performance and continuously improve campaign results.
  • Design and build landing pages, sales pages, and marketing creatives.
  • Manage and grow our email list — writing and designing newsletters and automations.
  • Write sharp, engaging copy for ads, emails, and landing pages.
  • Integrate and automate workflows using tools like Zappier and Make.

What we're looking for:

  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms —
    must

  • Strong
    technical skills
    and the ability to learn new systems independently.
  • A good
    eye for design
    and strong visual communication skills.
  • Proven experience in
    building and optimizing paid campaigns
    .
  • Excellent
    marketing copywriting
    in
    English
    — must.
  • Experience managing large ad budgets —
    a big plus
    .
  • Background in marketing or advertising agencies —
    a big plus
    .
  • Familiarity with
    WordPress or WIX
    — advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient at managing multiple projects.
  • Data-driven thinker who can translate insights into smart marketing actions.

The Details:

  • Full-time position
    (Sunday–Thursday).
  • Hybrid model: office days on Sun, Mon, Wed; work from home Tue & Thu.
  • Our offices are in
    Ra'anana
    , right next to the train station
  • You'll work closely with the company's leadership and
    Danielle Dafni, Peech's Founder & CEO
