Job Description:

Responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and promotion of all Keren Hayesod's digital activity, with an emphasis on website management, improving user experience (UX/UI), and leading digital campaigns, especially in the field of fundraising. The role includes hands-on execution as well as management of external suppliers in required areas of expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

Website Management and Operation:

  • Ongoing maintenance, content updates, search engine optimization (SEO)
  • Implementing innovative technological solutions and adapting to current trends in the field
  • Improving user interfaces on the website and other digital assets

  • Working with designers and developers to implement improvements

  • User Experience and Customer Journey Design:

  • Creating landing pages, registration forms, and identifying and integrating digital solutions for organizational needs

Marketing Automation & AI:

  • Implementing marketing automation tools
  • Exploring AI applications in content, campaigns, analytics, and personalization
  • Leading technological innovation in the field

Data Measurement and Analysis:

  • Using analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, GTM, Hotjar)
  • Producing regular reports and performance analysis
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to decision-makers

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–4 years' experience in a similar digital role –
    required
  • Full command of WordPress and hands-on experience in daily website operations – including content updates, landing page creation, form building, code implementation (pixels/tags), and basic troubleshooting

  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles and experience with tools such as Figma, Hotjar

  • Experience managing paid campaigns on Google and Meta

  • Experience building digital customer journeys, with emphasis on fundraising

  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools
    – required
  • Ability to write and edit marketing content in English

  • Experience working with external digital vendors
  • Strong ability to analyze and present data
  • Initiative, creative and strategic thinking
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with multiple interfaces
  • Strong marketing orientation
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing / Communications / Computer Science
