Senior C# Developer (WPF / Avalonia)

I'm hiring for a leading tech company developing advanced software solutions used in complex, multidisciplinary environments. The company operates at the intersection of software, hardware, and systems engineering — building products that run on both Windows and Android platforms.

We're looking for an experienced
Software Developer
who's passionate about technology, enjoys learning independently, and loves working as part of a diverse, hands-on team. Someone who likes proposing new ideas, trying out new technologies, and taking ownership from concept to delivery.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement Command & Control systems and auxiliary applications.
  • Integrate software components across multiple system layers.
  • Add tools and functionality to existing systems.
  • Collaborate closely with system engineers, developers, mechanical engineers, and integration teams.
  • Support testing activities, participate in trials, performance testing, and software reviews.
  • Manage versions, pipelines, and documentation, including architecture and design work.

What you'll bring:

  • BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience developing in
    C#
    .
  • 3+ years working with
    WPF or Avalonia
    using the
    MVVM
    pattern.
  • Strong experience in
    multithreading
    ,
    network protocols
    (UDP / TCP-IP / RS232), and
    publish/subscribe
    systems.
  • Hands-on experience with
    video streaming (H.264/265)
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    software architecture
    ,
    design patterns
    , and
    best practices
    .
