Key Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the operation and maintenance of IT systems at client sites (infrastructure, servers, networks, cybersecurity).
  • Hands-on daily work managing servers (Windows/Linux), endpoints, Active Directory, Office 365, cloud solutions (AWS/Azure), and Firewalls.
  • Professional leadership and management of the IT team – shift scheduling, task allocation, prioritizing incidents, and ensuring service quality.
  • Leading integration projects and implementing new systems in client environments.
  • Working with external vendors and technology partners.
  • Monitoring SLA performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT field – required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in managing or professionally leading IT staff – advantage.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing Windows infrastructure, servers, networks, and cloud solutions (AWS/Azure/Microsoft 365).
  • Experience working with external (B2B) clients – required.
  • Experience in systems implementation and integration projects.
  • High level of English – verbal and written.

Advantages:

  • Professional certifications such as ITIL / Microsoft / AWS / PMP.
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Teams, Monday, Check Point Harmony.
  • Experience managing projects using Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
