Role Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Game Designer to join our team in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work partially from home. The ideal candidate is a passionate and creative thinker who can transform ideas into engaging gameplay experiences and collaborate closely with developers, artists, and producers to bring our vision to life.

The Game Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and balancing game systems, crafting intuitive game mechanics and level designs, and ensuring every gameplay moment feels fun, polished, and rewarding. The role also involves playtesting, analyzing user feedback, and iterating to optimize player experience and retention.

Daily tasks include:

  • Designing and documenting new gameplay features and mechanics.
  • Creating balanced progression systems, power-ups, and in-game rewards.
  • Collaborating with developers and artists to ensure smooth implementation of game features.
  • Running and analyzing playtests to refine core loops and user flow.
  • Supporting data-driven decision-making by connecting design choices to measurable outcomes (e.g., engagement, retention, monetization).
