Role Overview

An early-career role ideal for candidates who have completed an accounting internship and obtained CPA certification. The position involves financial reporting, audit coordination, and support for compliance and analysis tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance, involvement, and control in bookkeeping tasks for the company and subsidiaries.
  • Assist the Controller in preparing quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual work papers.
  • Support the preparation of the company's annual tax forms.
  • Coordinate with external CPA during quarterly and annual audits.
  • Conduct financial statement analysis.
  • Prepare and translate subsidiaries' balance sheets and income statements.
  • Create special reports for authorities and vendors as required.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual SOX compliance reports.
  • Perform additional controller-related duties as necessary.
  • Support transfer pricing documentation and compliance processes.
  • Assist with intercompany adjustments and reconciliations across subsidiaries.

Qualifications — Required

  • CPA license completed and active (mandatory).
  • Post-internship / early-career (0–2 years experience beyond internship).
  • Basic familiarity with US GAAP principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Advanced Excel skills; strong attention to detail
  • Strong English (written & spoken).
  • Ability to meet quarter-end/year-end deadlines, including occasional overtime.

Qualifications — Preferred / Advantages

  • Exposure to consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
  • Familiarity with SOX controls and audit documentation.
  • Experience with ERP systems and basic BI
  • Experience preparing/reviewing work papers and audit support schedules.
  • Clear communication and collaboration with finance, tax, and audit teams.
  • Integrity and accuracy in financial data handling.
