As a
User Acquisition (UA) Manager
, you will lead and optimize our acquisition strategy across multiple channels, driving growth and scale for our products. You'll be responsible for managing large budgets, building performance-driven campaigns, and leveraging data insights to maximize ROI and user LTV. This is a key leadership role where you'll influence product growth and shape the company's overall marketing strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage user acquisition strategy, campaigns, and budgets across multiple paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance, optimize towards KPIs, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Creative teams to design and execute growth strategies.
  • Lead creative testing processes, ensuring high-performing ad concepts and iterations.
  • Stay on top of UA trends, tools, and competitors to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UA/performance marketing
    , preferably in the gaming or B2C industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale budgets and achieving growth targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign optimization and data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with attribution platforms (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular).

  • Knowledge of ASO and lifecycle marketing.
