What You'll Do

  • Lead design projects from concept to launch, across
    web and mobile
    .
  • Create intuitive
    information architecture
    ,
    interaction design
    , and
    prototyping
    workflows in
    Figma
    .
  • Develop engaging
    motion design
    and
    visual design
    elements.
  • Use
    data-driven design
    ,
    A/B testing
    ,
    heatmaps (Hotjar)
    , and
    Google Analytics
    to optimize user experience.
  • Collaborate with
    content, marketing, and web developers
    , leveraging
    CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
    knowledge for smooth integration.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a
    UI/UX Designer / Visual Designer / Web Designer
    .
  • Strong
    portfolio
    showcasing responsive
    web design
    and
    mobile design
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    Figma
    and
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD).
  • Experience with
    prototyping tools
    ,
    motion design
    , and
    interaction design
    .
  • Technical understanding of
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript (basic)
    – must.
  • Experience in
    SaaS design
    or creative studio work with tech companies – advantage.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
