We are currently looking for a Materiel & Control planner to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company.

The Materiel & Control planner will report directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Your key responsibilities will include:


• Full responsibility for material planning and forecasting.


• Managing the daily activities of the Turnkey manufacturer.


• Synchronizing production activities to ensure on-time order fulfillment.


• Running MRP processes, performing material simulations, and managing shortages — including expediting, postponing, or canceling orders as needed.


• Analyzing and controlling inventory levels and trends, including inventory turnover rates, slow-moving or idle stock, and overall material utilization.


• Overseeing subcontractor inventories and procurement activities.


• Implementing ECO (Engineering Change Orders).


• Preparing and monitoring performance measurements and reports, including KPI control.

Requirements


• BSC in Industrial Engineer or equivalent experience/ or 1-2 years of experience in similar role


• Understanding of manufacturing/ operational process such as: NPI, Engineering, Configuration Control, purchasing etc.


• Familiar with Priority ERP - an advantage


• Quick learner with strong analytical skills


• Excellent verbal/written communications and problem-solving skills


• Solutions oriented, self-starter; excellent interpersonal skills.


• He/she must have the ability to work independently and within a team


• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies


• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time pressures


• Highly organized and detail oriented


• Acts with integrity at all times


• Fluent in English
