Job Description

  • Serve as a member of the CISO team under the organizational Information Security Manager.
  • Responsible for guiding and monitoring the implementation of cybersecurity and information security policies and directives across development and infrastructure environments.
  • Responsible for oversight and control of the operation and maintenance of organizational information security products and capabilities in both on-premises and cloud environments.
  • Hold end-to-end responsibility for managing and operating monitoring, security, and control systems under the domain's ownership, in accordance with information security policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and monitor the management and operation of the SIEM/SOC environment, and support the Information Security Manager in handling, documenting, and responding to suspected or actual security incidents.
  • Lead and manage cybersecurity and information security projects, and participate in the evaluation of new tools, products, and technologies.
  • Develop and implement periodic control programs related to cybersecurity and information security.
  • Work in a diverse environment combining physical workstations and VDI, interfacing with IBM-MF systems as well as business, operational, and enterprise applications in open environments.

Job Requirements

  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in managing and operating information security and communication products in a large organization. Experience in a
    financial company
    is a significant advantage.
  • At least
    5 years of experience
    in guiding and supporting projects and systems in the areas of
    cybersecurity and information security
    , including mitigation processes. Experience in a
    financial company
    is a significant advantage.
  • 3 years of experience
    in managing and leading projects for the implementation of information security solutions and systems in
    Office 365, cloud, and on-premises environments
    .
  • Familiarity and experience in implementing controls according to the
    Data Protection Law and Information Security Regulations
    , and directives from the
    National Cyber Directorate
    .
  • Familiarity and experience in implementing regulatory requirements on
    operating systems, infrastructure components, and information security products on mainframe (MF) systems
    .
  • Experience working with
    multi-disciplinary teams
    , including development, infrastructure, networking, technicians, information security, and SIEM/SOC teams.
  • Familiarity and experience in handling and responding to
    information security incidents
    at a technical level.
  • Familiarity and experience in implementing controls according to
    ISO, SOX, and directives from the Bank of Israel and other financial regulatory bodies
    is an advantage.
