
Growth Marketing Manager

We are looking for a brilliant, fast moving, deeply hands on Growth Marketing Manager to help build and execute the next stage of Okoora's growth, with full AI leverage and maximum ownership.
This is a high velocity execution role for someone who thrives on building from scratch, uses AI tools as an extension of their brain, and ships real impact every single day.
You will work directly with the CEO and operate as a full stack marketing builder, from strategy to execution to optimization, across content, distribution, automation, and revenue activation.
What You'll Do
- Operate as a one-person growth engine (at least initially)
- Use AI tools (GPT, , Jasper, Framer, etc.) as your daily operating stack
- Launch fast, iterative, high ROI marketing campaigns with zero dependency
- Drive lead flow across B2B and B2B2X segments (banks, platforms, CFOs)
- Define sharp marketing briefs for our AI agents (you don't write the content, but you orchestrate it with precision)
- Create new acquisition channels with minimal budget (SEO, partner marketing, outbound sequencing, social leverage)
- Collaborate tightly with the CEO to refine narrative, target audiences, campaign architecture, and funnel strategy
- Track outcomes, refine your approach, and focus on what delivers real results
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on growth marketing experience, preferably in fast-paced B2B or startup environments
- Experience marketing to CFOs, product teams, or technical decision-makers
- Proficiency with AI tools and workflows (e.g. GPT, , Jasper, Framer)
- Strong execution skills and ability to work fast and independently, from idea to end-to-end delivery
- Experience building and optimizing multi-channel marketing funnels
- Excellent communication skills in English
- High ownership mindset, adaptability, and creative problem solving
- Emotionally intelligent and able to collaborate with senior leadership at high speed and with clear, ego-free communication
- Experience in infrastructure, APIs, or financial systems
- Ghostwritten or marketed under a founder's profile
- Built and grown products with no paid budget
- Experience in PLG motion or founder led growth
- Strong understanding of sales processes and revenue funnels
