What You'll Do

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you will:

  • Own the QA and test automation strategy for products, end to end.
  • Design, implement, and maintain robust automation infrastructure with a strong focus on frontend and client-facing applications.
  • Perform targeted manual testing where needed (especially for new features or exploratory testing), while continuously converting critical flows into automated tests.
  • Define and improve QA processes, best practices, and testing standards.
  • Lead testing efforts for new features and major releases, from planning to production.
  • Investigate, debug, and drive the resolution of complex issues to ensure long-term quality and stability.
  • Act as a quality advocate, proactively identifying risks and areas for improvement.

Requirements

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on automation.
  • Proven experience owning a QA process end-to-end for a product or a significant system.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar.
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, test strategies, and software development lifecycle.
  • High attention to detail, strong debugging skills, and excellent communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Web3, blockchain technologies, or distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of performance, security, or reliability testing.
