About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Marketing Director to lead Kramer's worldwide marketing strategy, execution, and brand development.

This strategic and hands-on role oversees a multidisciplinary global team, driving brand growth, product marketing, digital excellence, and corporate communications across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and execute Kramer's global marketing strategy, annual plan, and performance metrics to support company growth.
  • Oversee and mentor a global marketing team and manage external partners across creative, digital, and content domains.
  • Develop and maintain Kramer's brand identity, messaging, and visual language. Lead brand rollouts, co-branding initiatives, and post-M&A brand integration.
  • Drive global product marketing efforts, including launches, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market deliverables, in collaboration with Product, R&D, Service, and Legal teams.
  • Lead Kramer's global communications strategy, including media relations, thought leadership, global announcements, and content planning.
  • Manage Kramer's digital ecosystem and marketing technology stack (HubSpot, CMS, SEO, analytics, automation, social media, Docebo) to optimize campaigns and reporting.
  • Plan and oversee Kramer's global participation in major industry events, aligning regional activities with brand and product priorities.
  • Plan, oversee and control global marketing budget
  • Act as the focal point for ESG communication and manage trademark and compliance-related marketing aspects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing – must
  • Global marketing experience – must
  • 7+ years of professional marketing experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in budget management and data-driven analysis
  • Knowledge with WordPress
  • Experience working with LMS platforms
  • Experience in managing large-scale international events and exhibitions
  • Background in Field Marketing with a strong focus on face-to-face customer engagement
