We're looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team.

In this role, you'll take full ownership of the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting processes.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of daily bookkeeping and preparation of financial information to support monthly closing and reporting for both Israel and US subsidaries.
• Lead month-end processes including bank reconciliations, fixed assets, accruals, intercompany reconciliations, payroll journals, and prepaid expenses.
• Manage Accounts Payable — record invoices, onboard new vendors, and process supplier payments.
• Oversee global Accounts Receivable — invoicing, billing, and collections.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings to tax authorities (Such as VAT, Income Tax, National Insurance, and more).
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Support annual audits and assist in preparing financial statements.

You'll be a great fit if…

• 10+ years of bookkeeping experience in SaaS companies – must.
• Proven experience in multinational companies managing multi-currency transactions.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite – must.
• Certified Bookkeeper Level 2 or higher – must.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and independence.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
