is looking for a
PC Technician / IT Asset Management Specialist
to join Intel in Haifa.

Job Description:

The role includes managing a warehouse and performing PC technician duties, including:

• Receiving equipment and organizing it in the warehouse.
• Maintaining a sufficient minimum stock level for ongoing operations.
• Performing periodic inventory control and counts.
• Managing and tracking shipments.
• Handling and following up on service requests.
• Sending notifications to users when equipment arrives.
• Processing user returns and handling warranty products.
• Raising immediate alerts for potential shortages or stock issues.
• Generating and sending reports according to customer needs.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Installing operating systems and providing support in a Windows environment.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in performing diagnostics using Windows tools for software and hardware issues.
• Experience installing workstations, troubleshooting printers, and related tasks.
• Organized personality, patience, service-oriented attitude, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience working as a warehouse clerk in a global company –
  advantage
  .
• Experience managing warehouse inventory of computer parts –
  advantage
  .
• Graduate of a PC Technician course or relevant certification –
  advantage
  .
• Knowledge of operating systems.
• Good English level for daily communication in a global, English-speaking organization –
  mandatory
  .
• Availability for a full-time,
  on-site position (5 days a week) at the Intel Haifa campus
  , with occasional travel to other Intel sites.
