We seek a PMO to own and coordinate operational projects, generate actionable business insights from data, optimize processes, and track project progress. 

 Work location - hybrid from Tel Aviv 

• Lead, execute, and track the progress of operational projects end-to-end in a professional services environment across multiple departments, including AWS partnerships, management, sales, FinOps, support, R&,D and legal
• Analyze company data and create comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making and service delivery optimization
• Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between Global Operations and other business units
• Utilize Asana to track project timelines, monitor task progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Coordinate tasks effectively across teams while maintaining accountability and quality standards
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for AWS representatives and internal stakeholders
• Prepare data-driven presentations, reports, and documentation for leadership and cross-functional partners
• Support the PMO Lead in strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• 2-5 years of experience in project management or operations roles within a tech environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms
• Native Hebrew speaker with excellent English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management abilities across diverse teams
• Self-motivated with outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from initiation to completion
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence
