As a Product Manager for Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) and AIOps, you will drive the strategy and execution of visibility, observability, and automation capabilities across our platform. You'll define the next generation of user experience insights and AI-driven intelligence that empowers IT teams to proactively detect, diagnose, and resolve issues before they impact users.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with customers, partners, Sales, R&D, and other departments to deliver top-tier DEM and AIOps products.
  • Translate the company's strategic goals into detailed product requirements and execution plans for engineering teams.
  • Drive the roadmap for end-to-end user experience monitoring, including network, application, device, and UCaaS performance metrics.
  • Define and guide the evolution of AIOps stories - leveraging AI-based correlation, root-cause analysis, and predictive anomaly detection to improve operational outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough product research and write detailed product requirements documents to ensure successful feature delivery.
  • Create presentations and educate internal teams and partners on DEM and AIOps features, best practices, and use cases.
  • Travel quarterly to meet with customers and partners for direct engagements for field meetings to collect feedback, validate roadmap priorities, and evangelize product strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B product management experience in networking, observability, or IT operations domains.
  • Strong technical background in monitoring technologies, telemetry, analytics, and AI/ML-based insights.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer-centric outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a data-driven approach to prioritization and execution.
  • Experience with SASE, SD-WAN, ZTNA, or network performance monitoring is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with tools and concepts such as synthetic monitoring, RUM, APM, SNMP, flow data, or log analytics is an advantage.
  • Background in Network Operations, DevOps, support engineering, network engineering, or data analytics in enterprise IT environments is an advantage.
