We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team

In this role you will join our
Creative Studio
and focus on our online acquisition efforts by designing

high-performing visual marketing assets, including digital ads, video ads, landing pages, web and social content.

This is a unique opportunity to blend
visual storytelling

branding, and performance-driven

across both physical and digital touchpoints, while collaborating with some of the world's most

iconic brands.

Required Experience

  • A creative and versatile
    Graphic Designer
    with
    3+ years of experience
    in digital marketing design (experience working with global brands is a plus)
  • Proven experience in designing
    performance-oriented visual marketing assets
    (e.g., ads, landing pages, banners) that drive engagement and conversion on top performing platforms (e.g., Google, Meta etc.)
  • Proficient in
    Adobe Creative Suite
    (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Premier, Final Cut, Acrobat),
    Figma
    ,
    Canva
    ,
    mobile UGC applications
    (e.g., Cap Cut, Instagram, Tik Tok etc.) and
    AI tools
    (e.g., ChatGPT, Sora, Midjourney, Google VEO, Kling etc.)
  • Skilled in
    visual brand storytelling
    , with a keen eye for aesthetics, strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory and visual hierarchy
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design - an advantage
  • A portfolio showcasing your best work, including examples of
    illustrations, video content, digital ads and marketing assets
  • Fluent in English
  • Organized, self-motivated, and excited to thrive in a
    fast-paced startup environment

What You'll Do

  • Create
    original illustrations
    and drink-print designs
    for Ripples' online content library - seen and shared by millions globally.
  • Design
    marketing assets
    that support our
    paid media, social, and web campaigns,
    including static and animated display ads, landing pages, testimonial and promotional videos and website elements.
  • Modify email and web templates to align with campaign goals, ensuring responsiveness and strong visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with
    marketing and customer success teams
    to ensure brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Translate business objectives into
    visually compelling, performance-optimized designs
    .
  • Leverage
    AI tools
    to enhance and scale visual content creation.
  • Support the development of
    interactive and dynamic content
    , including banner ads and multimedia formats for mobile and desktop.
