About the Role

Ephoca is hiring
proactive Telemarketing Agents

to support customer engagement and business growth. You'll introduce new HVAC products, accessories, and innovations while building strong relationships with reps, distributors, and new prospects.

Requirements

• Cold-calling experience required
• Confident, persuasive phone presence
• CRM experience and structured outreach skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work From Office

Responsibilities

• Outbound calling to existing accounts and new prospects
• Introduce new products, accessories, and updates
• Communicate product value clearly and confidently
• Build rapport with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams
