We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & PMO Coordinator to support the GAD Division. This role combines elements of project coordination, light HR responsibilities, and executive support. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and enjoy fostering team spirit and organizational culture 6–8 years of relevant experience in administrative support, project coordination, or office management. Experience supporting senior managers or executive-level roles.
Familiarity with basic project management tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet, , or equivalent). Strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence. Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with discretion and confidentiality. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English Event planning or HR coordination experience is an advantage.
