לבית מרקחת סלא בשוהם דרוש/ה רוקח/ת אבטחת איכות למשרה קבועה ומאתגרת, הכוללת אחריות מקצועית בתחום איכות ובטיחות התרופות לצד עבודה רוקחית שוטפת. במסגרת התפקיד:

• ניהול ותפעול מערך ניהול הסיכונים לתרופות
• הפקת דוחות יומיים, חודשיים ותקופתיים
• ביצוע תחקירים מקצועיים וטיפול באירועים חריגים
• מעקב, תיעוד ודיווח על תלונות איכות ותופעות לוואי
• ביצוע ניהול סיכונים לתהליכים פנימיים
• עבודה שוטפת מול רופאים, רוקחים וצוותים מקצועיים נוספים
• מתן שירות מקצועי למטופלים

Your experience and qualifications

• תואר ראשון ברוקחות ורישיון ישראלי תקף לעיסוק ברוקחות – חובה
• סיום בהצלחה של קורס קנאביס לרוקחים המוכר על-ידי היק"ר (כולל מעבר המבחן המסכם) – יתרון
• שליטה מלאה בעברית ובאנגלית, בכתב ובעל-פה – חובה
• שליטה וניסיון בניתוח והצגת נתונים בכלים ממוחשבים, תוך דגש על יישומי Office – יתרון
• ניסיון קודם בעבודה בית מרקחת קהילתי / רשת / בית חולים
• תודעת שירות גבוהה, יחסי אנוש מצוינים ויכולת עבודה בצוות
• יכולת עבודה תחת עומס ובסביבה דינמית ומשתנה
• מוטיבציה גבוהה, דייקנות והקפדה על פרטים
