Airobotics is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented
QA Engineer
to join our multidisciplinary team developing advanced autonomous drone systems. In this role, you will be responsible for testing the
Iron Drone
platform, creating and maintaining high‑quality testing documentation, identifying and analyzing defects, and collaborating closely with engineering, system, and subcontractor teams to ensure product excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end testing of hardware, software, embedded, and airborne systems
  • Create, review, and manage test documentation
  • Track bugs and test cases using Jira, TestRail, or similar tools
  • Analyze system logs, behavior, and performance to support troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis
  • Participate in field tests and hands‑on system evaluations as required

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, preferably with multidisciplinary or complex systems
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, processes, and documentation practices
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, TestRail, and similar QA management platforms
  • High attention to detail and a strong analytical, problem‑solving mindset

Advantages

  • Experience with Linux‑based environments
  • Background with drones, UAVs, or airborne systems
  • Knowledge of embedded systems, communication protocols, or defense‑related technologies

  • Proven ability to drive processes independently and take ownership of tasks end-to-end
  • Experience working autonomously with multiple interfaces and cross-functional teams
