We're looking for a
talented and experienced project manager to join our growing team
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading international initiatives, overseeing complex and high-impact projects with key clients around the world.
  • Ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions within predefined timelines and budgetary constraints.
  • Developing, managing, and executing detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
  • Serving as the primary liaison for international clients, cultivating and maintaining strong, productive relationships.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments including development, QA, product and sales, to ensure project goals are aligned.
  • Identifying, assessing and managing project risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Creating comprehensive progress reports and providing regular updates to senior management.

Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the software or drone technology industry.
  • Expertise in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
  • Technologically adept, with a focus on driving innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong customer-focused mindset, capable of representing the company to diverse clients and cultures and navigating cultural differences.
  • Results-driven with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities and the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
