BI Developer (Mid-Level)

Cashcow is looking for a talented
BI Developer
to help shape our data workflows and deliver clarity to our numbers. You'll build and optimize pipelines and dashboards that fuel product decisions, user acquisition strategies, and monetization insights.

As a BI Developer, you'll sit at the heart of the action—translating complex datasets into structured models, real-time dashboards, and actionable insights that push the business forward.

What We're Looking For?

  • 2–4 years of experience in BI development or analytics.
  • Strong SQL and Snowflake proficiency.
  • Experience building dashboards in BI tools—QuickSight preferred.
  • Solid understanding of data modeling and warehouse design.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with dbt.
  • Bonus: Python for automation or analytics.
  • Bonus: Exposure to ML pipelines or real-time data systems.

  • Writes clean, reliable, and well-structured SQL and BI code.
  • Communicates data clearly and visually.
  • Curious and eager to learn, while comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
  • Thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments.

What You'll Do :

  • Contribute to building and maintaining dbt models and data pipelines.
  • Write efficient, scalable SQL on Snowflake.
  • Help design and deliver dashboards in QuickSight (or similar BI tools).
  • Ensure the BI interface layer is clean, intuitive, and impactful.
  • Collaborate with analysts, product, and UA teams to support experiments.
  • Maintain well-documented, reliable BI infrastructure.
