Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for
a talented
Assistant Controller for our partner a
Global High-Tech Company
, located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Assistant Controller will support the financial management of the company by preparing financial reports, monitoring budgets, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include assisting with audits, analyzing financial data, participating in tax preparations, and making recommendations for process improvements to optimize operations. The Assistant Controller will collaborate closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure accurate and efficient financial reporting.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced global organization, working across multiple international borders and ensuring financial excellence.

The Role:

  • Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with
    IFRS
    .
  • Conduct budget vs. actual (BvA) analysis and perform complex accounting reconciliations.
  • Handle journal entries and detailed financial analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with global finance teams across
    the US, UK, and Sweden
    .
  • Support annual audits and lead various global financial projects.

Requirements:

  • CPA Certification
    (Required).
  • 1–4 years of experience
    , including training at a
    Big 4
    accounting firm.
  • Proven background working with
    Global High-Tech, Biotech, or Public companies
    .
  • High-level English proficiency
    (written and verbal).
  • Advanced mastery of
    MS Excel
    .
  • Experience with
    ERP systems
    (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Priority, or similar).
  • Ability to thrive in an intensive, fast-moving global environment.
