ERO Group LTD
is developing cutting-edge Cloud Data platforms for real-time monitoring, analysis, and system observability. We're looking for a hands-on and experienced Part-Time
DevOps & SRE Expert
to lead deployment, integration, and reliability efforts across cloud environments, hardware components, and on-site systems.

This is
currently a part-time position
, with potential to grow into a larger role in the future

Location

·      
Part-time, on-site
role located in
Northern
Israel.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead 
end-to-end deployments and integrations
 of software/hardware components in a dynamic data platform environment, including on-site labs and customer environments.

·      Implement and optimize 
CI/CD workflows
 and DevOps pipelines across systems and teams.

·      Build and maintain 
real-time monitoring dashboards
 using Grafana and other BI tools.

·      Ensure 
system reliability, scalability, and performance
 using SRE principles and observability best practices.

·      Conduct 
on-site installations and configurations
, including hardware and network setup.

·      Collaborate closely with engineering teams to define and enforce 
SLOs, SLIs, and SLAs
.

·      Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve issues both in lab and customer production environments.

·      Assist customers in 
operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting
 the deployed capabilities.

·      Perform 
post-incident reviews
 and drive improvements to system stability and support processes.

Requirements

·      
Associate Degree or B.Sc
. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems.

·      At least
3 years
of experience working in 
cloud environments
 and/or 
data-intensive infrastructures
.

·      Proficiency in 
Docker, containers
, and deployment in Linux-based environments.

·      Strong familiarity with 
microservices architecture, Kafka, client-server systems, S3 storage, and databases
.

·      Deep understanding of 
system architecture, networking
, and IP communication protocols.

·      Experience with various 
data formats
: JSON, XML, YAML, CSV, binary structured schemas, and log files.

·      Solid experience in 
real-time monitoring
 using Grafana, PostgresDB, and BI dashboards.

·      Experience in 
on-site hardware/software integration
 and lab-based testing.

·      Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.

·      
Advantage
: Experience in military/defense environments or OT systems.

leading large-scale deployments
 and 
supporting mission-critical systems
.

·      Scripting skills in 
Python, Bash, or PowerShell
.

·      Experience writing 
infrastructure automation scripts
 and managing CI/CD pipelines.

·      Familiarity with 
distributed monitoring environments
 and open-source tools.

·      Experience working with 
synchronized video streams
 and video data analysis.

·      Background in 
site reliability engineering methodologies
 and incident management.
