Back Office Specialist – Multi Family Office

Location: Modiin, Israel,

Role Overview:

We seek a highly organized, detail-oriented Back Office Specialist to ensure accurate transaction processing and data integrity for our Multi Family Office Financial Operations team. This key role supports both internal teams and client-facing operations in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Enter, process, and reconcile financial transactions across platforms, including Addepar, banks, and fund portals (Addepar experience is a plus, not required).

· Prepare and manage investment subscription and wire transfer documents for various investment instruments.

· Maintain and update client records, investment data, and banking information.

· Support monthly/quarterly reconciliations and reporting cycles.

· Collaborate with internal departments.

· Assist with tax compliance documentation and coordinate with tax advisors.

· Liaise with external service providers.

· Identify process improvements and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications Required:

· Proficient with reporting tools, project management systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook; quick to master new software.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.

· Excellent time management, teamwork, integrity, and sound judgment.

· Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

· Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

· Fluent in English and Hebrew.

Preferable/Advantage:

· Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

· At least 2 years' experience in financial operations, preferably in a family office, private bank, or asset management.

· Familiar with stocks, ETFs, bonds, alternative investments, and portfolio management systems like Addepar.
