We are looking for Field Technicians to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with world-class customers, stay technical, and enable scale – so think big. In this position, you will be supporting the successful implementation Wiliot products. The Field Technicians are the connecting link between Wiliot's products and our customers.
In partnership with Customer Success Managers and Solution Engineers, the Field Technicians are interacting with customers at every step of the journey – Form understanding the problem, planning a solution architecture, deploying it at scale and molding the generated data to create customer value.
Requirements:
- Fluent English – a must
- Ability to work in a changing environment with cutting edge technology
- Ability to adapt to new information and solve problems quickly on site
- High organizational skills, and detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to use hand tools, electronic specific tools a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with RF technology deployment like RFID
- Driving license required
- Up to 30% travel

Responsibilities:
- Equipment preparation. This includes mechanical assembly, update firmware, configurations and test of electronic devices.
- Inventory management. Responsible for physical and digital inventory management.
- Field deployment. Support on customers sites including training, physical HW installation, updating configurations and testing.
- Document deployment plans before a visit, and deployment installations following a visit
- Document and perform test activities in a structured way, including configuration and results
