A startup company providing intelligence and law enforcement organizations with advanced analytics applications based on machine learning and deep learning. The applications enable users to extract actionable insights from complex data and achieve their most challenging operational objectives.

The company is profitable, backed by strong financial support, and already serves paying customers both in Israel and abroad.

The company's offices are located in Herzliya, offering a hybrid model with two days working from home.

The role includes-

  • Join a team of five engineers working on large-scale systems.
  • Take part in high-level system design and complex development.
  • Develop in Scala, with the option to transition from other high-level programming languages.
  • Work with Spark and build large-scale data pipelines.
  • Contribute to the development of a hybrid product operating both On-Premise and in the AWS Cloud.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in designing and developing complex systems and working with microservices architecture
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Scala or other high-level programming languages
  • Experience with databases such as Elasticsearch, Cassandra, ClickHouse, Postgres, or similar
  • BSc in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
  • Practical experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Kafka, Flink – an advantage
