Are you a passionate Product Designer who thrives on crafting intuitive, user-centric interfaces and simplifying complex systems into meaningful experiences?

We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join Cytactic This is a full-time role based in Tel Aviv. We work in a hybrid model, with regular on-site presence at our office near Habima Square.

About Cytactic

Cytactic provides an advanced SaaS platform that transforms how organizations manage cyber incidents, focusing on readiness and resilience, as well as supporting the management of real incidents. By promoting proactive strategies and minimizing impacts, the platform helps organizations align their policies, map out risks, leverage data to aid decision-making during cyber incidents, and engage in tailored simulations. With dynamic management tools and expert coordination, Cytactic ensures that responses to cyber incidents are both efficient and effective.

As a Product Designer, you will:

  • Translate users' needs and pain points into actionable, intuitive design solutions
  • Own end-to-end design of features in collaboration with product and dev teams
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI
  • Balance business goals with user needs, especially in high-stakes scenarios
  • Help maintain design consistency and contribute to our evolving design system

What We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of a leading design school (Bezalel, Shenkar, HIT)
  • 3+ years of experience designing for digital products on mobile and desktop platforms
  • Proven experience designing complex systems in enterprise, or B2B SaaS domains (Cybersecurity experience is a plus).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates thoughtful design decisions and problem-solving
  • Solid understanding of UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments
  • Experience working with and contributing to design systems
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Availability to work on-site 4 times a week at our Tel Aviv office
