Role Responsibilities

  • Lead technical sales activities with customers in the AI, Networking, Defense, and Energy sectors
  • Provide technical support and Design-In guidance for:

Power Electronics, Thermal Management, Magnetic.

  • Work closely with hardware engineers, procurement teams, and CMs
  • Manage the full sales cycle:
  • prospecting, opportunity identification, technical engagement, quotations, and closing
  • Maintain daily communication with international suppliers (Taiwan / China / US)
  • Participate in technical meetings, customer visits, and support project advancement
  • Represent the company in professional conferences, exhibitions, and executive meetings with customers and suppliers

Required Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales in hardware, electronics, or FAE roles
  • Proven knowledge in:

Power Electronics, Thermal Management, Magnetics

  • Experience working with BOMs, suppliers, CMs, and production/engineering processes
  • High-level English (written and spoken) — daily interaction with global suppliers
  • Strong communication skills, customer-facing ability, and technical presentation skills
  • Ability to build and deliver complete technical solutions for complex customer needs
  • Independent, responsible, and commercially oriented mindset

Strong Advantages

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering — strong advantage (not mandatory)
  • Practical experience with Design-In processes
  • Familiarity with the Israeli components market and supply chain ecosystem
