As a Growth Product Designer, your goal is to improve the user journey - from the first interaction to long-term engagement. You'll identify friction points, uncover opportunities, and design experiences that are both intuitive and impactful. By combining user-centered thinking with growth strategy, your work will directly contribute to monday's continued expansion.

• Design for Scale: Own design for growth-focused initiatives that drive user activation, retention, and monetization.
• Leverage Data: Use A/B tests, product analytics, and user feedback to inform design decisions and iterate quickly.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner not only with PMs, developers, analysts, and marketing - but also with designers and product teams across monday to co-create solutions for cross-product experiences and shared opportunities.

Who You Are

• A Product Designer: You've designed for digital products for 3+ years (but we care more about your impact and skills than your exact number of years). Experience designing and shipping AI-powered features is a strong advantage.
• Visionary & Bold: You explore widely, break conventions when needed, and rethink how things work - always balancing imagination with product and user reality.
• Collaborative & Influential: You build strong relationships, ask smart questions, and know how to excite and rally people around your ideas.
