What you'll be doing:

● Leading IT Infrastructure & Network Strategy: Overseeing the design, deployment, and management of scalable, reliable, and high-performance IT networks and infrastructure that support business growth.

● Network Administration & Optimization: Managing LAN, WAN, VPNs, VLANs, and wireless environments to ensure optimal connectivity, performance, and uptime across all sites.

● IT Operations Management: Driving day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth delivery of both on-site and remote technical support services for all organizational users.

● Team & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with business units to understand technical needs, align infrastructure solutions, and provide expert guidance on network- related initiatives.

● Lifecycle Management: Overseeing IT onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including device provisioning, network access, and system configuration.

● Vendor & Asset Management: Managing vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory of networking equipment, servers, and IT devices to ensure cost efficiency and availability.

● System Monitoring & Reliability: Proactively monitoring network and infrastructure performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to maintain high availability and resilience.

● Documentation & Process Ownership: Creating and maintaining up-to-dateation for network architecture, infrastructure configurations, and IT procedures to ensure knowledge continuity and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (relevant certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, VMware, or Microsoft are a plus).

● 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and network administration, with proven track record in managing medium-to-large scale environments.

● Strong expertise in network protocols and concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, routing, switching, firewalls).

● Experience with endpoint management (Windows/Mac) and server administration (Linux/Unix & Windows).

● Solid knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, xcp-ng, Hyper-V) and storage/backup systems.

● Familiarity with IT security principles and products (PfSense, ESET Antivirus/EDR) as they relate to network stability and resilience.

● Proficiency in automation and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) to streamline infrastructure operations.

● Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage vendors, guide IT staff, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Problem-solving mindset with fast learning capabilities and the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
