You will have the opportunity to create an operational blueprint. You will be the first and most critical hire in the core operations team, with a direct path to leadership as we grow.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect Operations:
    Define, document, and implement the entire title and escrow workflow from order entry to policy issuance, ensuring best-in-class efficiency and compliance.
  • Be the First:
    Manage a full caseload of complex closings in various jurisdictions, demonstrating the ultimate standard of service and speed we promise to deliver.
  • Future Leader:
    Help vet, onboard, train, and mentor the next wave of title agents, growing the operations team under your defined vision.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience:
    10+ years of experience as a Licensed Title Agent, Escrow Officer, or Closer, with a deep understanding of the full closing lifecycle.
  • Proven track record
    of over achieving and out performing expectations.
  • Mindset:
    A strong bias toward technology and automation. You should be eager to leave manual processes behind and help build the system that makes them obsolete.
  • Agility: This is going to be one heck of a ride. We are looking for someone flexible, that can work fast and adapt quickly.
  • Licensing is a plus:
    Active Title Producer license in at least one key state (multi-state licensing is a plus).
  • Communication:
    Exceptional communication skills and comfort collaborating with C-level leadership and software engineers.
