התפקיד כולל:

  • הובלת תכניות העבודה בפרויקטים.
  • הובלת תהליכי סנכרון וניהול משאבים בתחומים ובתוכניות.
  • ניתוח צווארי בקבוק ונתיבים קריטיים מתוך הנתונים והצגתם להנהלה.
  • ניתוח עומסים ויצירת תמונת מצב לטובת תכנון הפורטפוליו בחברה.
  • בקרה תקציבית וניהול משאבים בפרויקטים ובחטיבות תפעוליות.
  • ניהול ומעקב אחר תוכניות עבודה, לו"ז וגאנטים.
  • עדכוני יעדים ובחינת מדדי KPI.
  • ניהול תוכנית סיכונים והובלת תהליכי ניהול סיכונים.
  • עבודה מול גורמי מטה, חטיבות, מנהלי פרויקטים וממשקים מגוונים בארגון.
  • ניתוח נתונים, הפקת דוחות ומצגות להנהלה (Excel/BI/MS Project).
  • לקיחת חלק פעיל בשיפור תהליכים ארגוניים ובניהול ידע.

  • השכלה הנדסית בתחום הנדסת תעשייה וניהול-
    חובה
  • 3–5 שנות ניסיון כ־ PMO –
    חובה
  • ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי סנכרון ותכנון (לפחות 3 שנים)
  • ניסיון בפרויקטי פיתוח/פרויקטים הנדסיים – יתרון
  • ניסיון בהובלת תהליכי ניהול סיכונים – יתרון
  • ניסיון במשרה דומה בארגונים גדולים – יתרון
  • היכרות מעמיקה עם
    MS Project
    – חובה
  • ניסיון בעבודה עם
    Priority
    – יתרון
  • שליטה מלאה ב־ Excel וכלי Office – חובה
  • ניסיון/שליטה בכלי BI – יתרון
