Your Mission

As an Experienced Product Designer at Canopy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping patient and clinician experiences by designing intuitive, elegant, and human-centred solutions. Working closely with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and clinicians, you will craft and refine the interfaces, flows, and interactions that empower cancer patients and care teams alike. You will span the full design lifecycle - from discovery and user research through prototyping, design execution, and iteration. All while ensuring Canopy's platform remains deeply user-centric and beautifully designed.

What You'll Do

• Lead design of new features and enhancements for our web and mobile platforms, focusing on patient engagement, clinician workflows, and care coordination.
• Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing to uncover insights and validate design decisions.
• Translate complex healthcare requirements and data-rich information into clear, intuitive UX flows and compelling visual designs.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns to ensure consistency, scalability and quality across experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and clinical stakeholders to drive design implementation, QA the experience, and iterate based on feedback and metrics.
• Advocate for accessibility, inclusive design and performance best practices, ensuring our product meets the needs of all users.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer working on web based or SaaS products.
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication - a must.
• Proven experience designing complex, data-heavy products, such as dashboards or management systems.
• High proficiency in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking, UX process, and clear decision rationale (portfolio must be attached).
• Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional product teams.
• Overall understanding of Front-End technologies, capabilities, and limitations.

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2C products.
• Experience in healthcare/medtech and designing apps for patients, telehealth platforms or clinician tools.
• Past experience mentoring other designers or leading design efforts in high-growth startup environments.
