We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to join the Chief of Staff Office at Amdocs' CEO Office, covering for maternity leave.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the Management Services team, reporting directly to the Chief of Staff.

What will your job look like?


•    Manage complex calendars and schedules

•    Handle budget tracking and expense reimbursements

•    Coordinate executive and board meetings end-to-end, including agenda planning, collecting materials, booking meeting rooms, and arranging catering

•    Support the execution of the company's annual plan

•    Serve as the focal point for IT services, business travel arrangements, and office logistics

•    Collaborate closely with senior executives, their assistants, Business Operations teams, and various departments such as Finance and Legal

•    At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive support role – is a must condition

•    High-level English (written and spoken)

•    Full proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

•    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•    Strong sense of ownership, discretion, and attention to detail
