About the Role
We are a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, seeking experienced and dedicated Elevator Fitters or Installation Technicians to join our team in Israel. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and committed to delivering high-quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform the complete installation of new elevator systems, mainly mechanical components.
- Install guide rails, hoistway equipment, doors, and car frames according to technical specifications.
- Ensure all installations comply with safety standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless project execution.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: Competitive hourly wage of 34.32 Israeli Shekels (approximately INR 1,60,000 per month).
- Working Hours: A 9-hour shift from Sunday to Thursday, with a minimum of 182 hours per month.
- Contract: A secure 5-year contract with a 6-month probation period.
- Housing: Accommodation will be provided by the company.
- Transportation: Company will provide transportation or reimburse the costs for all work-related travel.
Visa and Interview Process
- Visa Type: B1 Work Permit Visa.
- Visa Process: The candidate is responsible for the visa application process through the Embassy of Israel. The company will provide necessary documentation to support the application. The visa process duration is typically 1-2 months, subject to the embassy's processing time.
Interview Process:
- Round 1: An initial online interview via Google Meet.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Lift Fitters and technicians with the installation of new elevator systems.
- Help with the assembly and installation of mechanical components, guide rails, and doors.
- Support the team in carrying out maintenance, repairs, and inspections of existing lifts.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing tools and equipment.
- Follow all instructions and safety protocols as directed by the lead technician.
