תיאור התפקיד:
פיתוח והערכה של מודלים מורכבים, כולל מודלים סטטיסטיים וחיזויים.
בחירה ואופטימיזציה של אלגוריתמים מתאימים להגדרת מטריקות ביצוע וביצוע ניתוח שגיאות.
הסבר תובנות עסקיות באופן פשוט וברור למקבלי החלטות, והפקת מדדים ונתונים לדיווח.
הובלת מתודולוגיות עבודה, ניסוי ובקרה לאורך תהליך הפיתוח.
ביצוע אנליזות נתונים בשיתוף בעלי עניין בארגון, לצורך הפקת תובנות משמעותיות.
פיתוח תהליכי ETL, בניית גישות נתונים והבטחת נגישותם.
שיפור מתמיד של איכות הנתונים ויצירת תשתיות נתונים חוזרות לשימוש עתידי.
פיתוח והתאמת מודלים של Machine Learning בסביבות ייצור, כולל הגדרת צרכים עסקיים.
בנייה והחזקת תהליכי CI/CD למודלים, כולל אוטומציה, ניהול גרסאות ובדיקות.
ניטור ביצועי מודלים, זיהוי תקלות וסטיות, ושיפור הדיוק באופן מתמיד.
יכולת להעביר מודלים מסביבת מחקר (Local) לסביבת ייצור בצורה יעילה ומבוססת מתודולוגיה.
ביצוע בדיקות אוטומטיות למודלים ויישום תשתיות ניטור למעקב אחר איכות וביצועים.
דרישות התפקיד:
תואר שני ומעלה בהנדסה / מדעי המחשב / סטטיסטיקה / חקר ביצועים / מתמטיקה.
לפחות 7 שנות ניסיון בתפקידים בתחום הדאטה. מתוכן לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון ב-Data Science.
שליטה מעשית ב-Python, כולל OOP ומודולריות, וכן עבודה ב-Jupyter Notebook.
ניסיון בעבודה עם כלי MLOps כגון: MLflow, Airflow, Git.
יכולת הסבר רהוטה והבנה תיאורטית של שיקולים במודלים ושל יישומם בפרויקטי דאטה.
שחקן/ית צוות מצוין/ה – יכולת לעבוד בשיתוף פעולה, להקשיב, ללמוד ולחלוק ידע.
מקצועיות גבוהה – יכולת לקבל פידבק בוגר, להתמודד עם אי־הסכמות וליצור סביבת עבודה מכבדת.
גישה פרקטית אך ערכית – חיפוש פתרונות עובדתיים אך תוך עמידה בסטנדרט גבוה.
כישורי תקשורת בין־אישית מצוינים: הסברים ברורים, הקשבה ופיתוח יחסים.
יכולת עמידה בלחץ, ניהול מידע ועבודה מסודרת.
